Europe, U.K. & Turkey: we negotiate with and arrange for drivers to drop off your purchases directly to your home. This saves significantly on shipping cost compared to standard Ukrainian post.

International: we use Ukrposhta, Ukraine’s national post, to send your purchases.

RETURNS:

If an item arrives broken, damaged, or otherwise not what was expected from the information given on our website then we will arrange for a return of payment, including shipping payment.
