My name is Narina, I started Moog Atelier from a love of old, rare, high quality and timeless garments; of fixing, reworking and redesigning rather than throwing away; of treating each piece as a work of art rather than an item of clothing.
After the war started in my home land, Ukraine, I went back to my roots, to the house my great great grandfather built, to an attic full of old pottery, vases, rugs, textiles; all made by hand once upon a time, all withstanding countless wars and occupations.
Here I found stillness, a quietude, a slow passage of time that I take with me as I grow the Atelier, hoping to carry the old world into the new with every piece.
